Youth Group

 

Youth Group - The Regal Road Youth group meets every Sunday evening, 630 - 8pm at the church. The youth range in age from 12 - 18 years old, but the requirement is that you are in grades 7 -12. Youth group is a time of fellowship, fun, prayer, & discussion, aimed at allowing all to discuss & develop their faith, while working through the challenges faced by today's youth. We have been involved in mission work within the city, in the past working with Margaret House and more recently fundraising and organizing a clothing drive for the 'Out of the Cold shelter.' We have also accompanied our Pastor to 'Oceanview Manor' to share in a time of worship with the residents. We look forward to again participating in the 30 Hour Famine in this April.

Sunday February 26th - Rod Laybolt is coming to Youth group to talk about his 'project' He wants to hear from you, what you feel are some of the differences between the seniors of the church & the youth, and wants to hear how you think we can bring those two groups together. Come with your opinions & ideas.....your opinions are important! Also hoping to get 30 Hour Famine donation sheets out this Sunday night :)

Sunday March 4th - small group study night

Sunday March 11th - no Youth group - March break week

Sunday March 18th - Caitlin's devotional night & games.

Sunday March 25th - Hatfield Farms outing - leaving directly from the church after the service (NO later than 1130 am) returning to the church by about 3 pm (parents to pick-up at the church then) If you haven't already given us your waiver form & $7 fee, please get it to me right away! There will be no regular Youth group that night.
